حذف حسابك في Wijha Delete your Wijha account
يمكنك حذف حساب الراكب والبيانات المرتبطة به نهائيًا من داخل تطبيق Wijha. توضح هذه الصفحة الخطوات والبيانات التي يشملها الحذف.
حذف حساب الراكب
الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. يجب إنهاء رحلتك النشطة أو إلغاؤها قبل أن تتمكن من حذف الحساب.
1. افتح حسابك
افتح تطبيق Wijha للركاب وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب الذي تريد حذفه.
2. انتقل إلى الإعدادات
افتح تبويب الحساب / الملف الشخصي، ثم اختر الإعدادات.
3. افتح حذف الحساب
ضمن قسم إدارة الحساب، اختر حذف الحساب.
4. أكّد الحذف
راجع المعلومات، واضغط حذف حسابي، ثم أكّد طلبك في نافذة التأكيد.
البيانات التي تُحذف
- حساب Wijha ومعلومات الملف الشخصي، مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف.
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة بالحساب، بما فيها معرّف Google والبريد الإلكتروني والاسم المرتبطين به.
- سجل الرحلات والتقييمات المرتبطة بحسابك.
- سجلات المصادقة وتسجيل الدخول المرتبطة بحسابك.
بعد نجاح الطلب، لا تحتفظ قاعدة بيانات Wijha النشطة بنسخة من بيانات الحساب المذكورة أعلاه، ولا توجد مدة احتفاظ إضافية لها. تتم إزالة البيانات معًا، ولا يُحذف أي جزء من الحساب إذا كانت لديك رحلة نشطة.

أرسل طلب حذف إلى wijha@googlegroups.com واذكر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بحساب Wijha حتى نتمكن من تحديد الحساب المطلوب.
Delete a rider account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You must finish or cancel any active ride before you can delete your account.
1. Open your account
Open the Wijha Rider app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings
Open the Account / Profile tab, then select Settings.
3. Open account deletion
Under Account management, select Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion
Review the information, tap Delete My Account, and confirm the request when prompted.
Data that is deleted
- Your Wijha account and profile information, such as your name, email, and phone number.
- Sign-in data linked to the account, including your Google ID and associated Google email and name.
- Your trip history and ratings associated with the account.
- Authentication and login records associated with the account.
After the request succeeds, Wijha's active database does not retain a copy of the account data listed above, and there is no additional retention period for it. The data is removed together; no part of the account is deleted while you have an active ride.

Email an account deletion request to wijha@googlegroups.com and include the email address or phone number linked to your Wijha account so we can identify it.
